Complaints

If something doesn't go as planned, we recommend contacting us first by email to address any concerns or complaints. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you have the option to submit your dispute for mediation via the WebwinkelKeur Foundation.


Starting from February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not been resolved elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union's platform.
