Customer Service

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 8:00 PM will be shipped the same day. However, if products are not in stock, delivery may take a bit longer. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page. If we are unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery is made via postal service or courier. Typically, delivery will occur on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in our checkout before you place your order. This price includes VAT. Letter mail costs depend on the weight of the letter and are always less than the package costs listed below.

Delivery Time:

You can track your package using the provided tracking code and postcode in many cases. If you haven't received a tracking code yet, please wait as it will be sent automatically.
